Hooray for us, that we took precious time to nurture, heal, and strengthen our bodies. We calmed and cleared our monkey minds of thoughts and worries of stress and anxiety. Even for just a few moments in time, we shared giggles, worked through the challenging asanas, and enjoyed the comfort of knowing we were in it together. Yes, we loved summer!
And now... September allows us to recommit to our Yoga practice, using our asanas as maps to explore and live in our bodies. Yes, it is time to commit to having vibrant health; a time to commit to stretching our flexibility and stamina; a time to acknowledge an awakening of the infinite possibilities for our optimum health; a time to nourish our body, mind and soul!
We are reminded yoga can be a way for us to have fun, connect with like minded yoginis and yogis, and a moment in time to just "be."
