Traditional, asanas with slow intentional flows that complement each breath with the movement and the movement with each breath.
Each class is respectful of the students’ physical limitations and energy for that particular class with all levels of experience in yoga welcome.
Using plain English versus Sanskrit for the asanas each student is guided through a gentle yet strengthening flow that ignites prana/energy into and through the body while centering the mind so that nothing else matters for that moment in time.
This class promises to leave each student feeling, calm, strong, focused and centered.
This class is slow-paced and gentle, providing a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. Students will learn how to relieve stress while enjoying physical exercise and improving their breathing.
